Another shoot here from the fab photog Trever Hoehne – so glad he’s loving the space! Here, he shot images of Tenley Molzahn [from the past season of ABC's The Bachelor] for the upcoming campaign push for 31 Bits [a non-profit organization benefitting women in Uganda]. Here’s to hoping this campaign goes to great places!

Professional [awesome] photographer [genius] Trever Hoehne; used 402Fourth last week for a shoot with the band Until June, for a new album they’re recording. The studio provided the perfect amount of space for these guys- plus the natural light flooding in the front window can’t be beat! Enjoy the images and thanks Trever! Keep coming back!

We like to think that 402Fourth is a totally flexible, extremely awesome multi-use studio space. The rentable area is a long, lean room about 15′ by 50′.
